Our privacy philosophy is simple: we only collect what is strictly necessary to run the service, and we keep your personal voice recordings, reference photos, and journal vault on your personal device.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only a minimal amount of data to manage your account and subscription:

  • Account Information: Your email address and the name you provide during sign-up.
  • Parental Consent Data: For users under 18, we collect the parent/guardian’s email address solely to verify consent.
  • Payment Data: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe (web) or Apple App Store / Google Play Store (mobile). We do not store your credit card numbers or bank details on our servers.

2. On-Device Storage (Your Private Data)

To ensure maximum privacy, the following personal data is stored locally on your device:

  • Personal voice imprint recordings.
  • Personal reference photos used for Peak Vision.
  • Local journal vault entries and personal affirmations.
Note: Because your voice recordings and local vault data are stored on your device, if you clear your device storage or delete the app without exporting your vault backup, we cannot recover those local files for you.

3. How We Use AI

Our Future Self Guide (My Guide) processes your reflections and prompts to provide positive feedback and suggestions.

  • Ephemeral Processing: Your text is sent securely to the AI engine to generate a response and is not used to train third-party AI models.
  • No Data Selling: We never sell your personal reflections, affirmations, or profile data to third parties.

4. No Public Social Feed or Community Forum

To protect teen (13+) and adult safeguarding and privacy, Imprint My Future operates as a 100% private personal sanctuary with no public social feed, public user profiles, or peer-to-peer messaging.

5. Third-Party Services

We partner with trusted providers to keep the app running:

  • Stripe, Apple & Google: For secure subscription billing.
  • AI Infrastructure: To power the Future Self Guide and Peak Vision portraits.
  • Analytics: Anonymized, aggregated diagnostics to monitor app reliability and fix crashes.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Imprint My Future is committed to protecting the privacy of minors.

  • Parental Verification: Users aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian verify their account via email.
  • Control: Parents have the right to review the account information we store (Name and Email) and request its deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold (Email and Name).
  • Request that we delete your account and all associated data from our servers.
