Welcome to Imprint My Future, operated by DAS64 Design Limited (registered in England & Wales under Company No. 12234789). By accessing or using our web and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Parental Consent

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Imprint My Future.
  • Minor Users: If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you are required to obtain parental or legal guardian consent.
  • Verification: Access for users under 18 will only be granted once a parent or guardian has provided approval via our designated email verification process.

2. Description of Service

Imprint My Future provides a private personal development and mindset platform featuring:

  • Future Self Guide (My Guide): An AI-assisted reflection tool designed to help users visualize their future selves and generate positive affirmations.
  • Affirmation Chamber & Relaxation Room: Voice affirmation playback, guided breathwork, and ambient soundscapes.
  • Peak Vision & Private Journal: Future Self portrait visualization and a private daily journal with optional weekly reflections.
  • IMPRINT Academy & Affirmation Library: Educational neuroscience modules and curated affirmations.

3. Not a Medical Device or Professional Advice

  • Imprint My Future is a self-care and mindset tool, not a medical or mental health service. The Future Self Guide and journal feedback are for informational and motivational purposes only.
  • The app does not provide clinical diagnosis, therapy, or medical treatment.
  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional help immediately. Imprint My Future provides a list of external crisis resources and helplines within the app.

4. Safe Use & Zero Tolerance Policy

To maintain a safe and uplifting private sanctuary, we enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding:

  • Abuse of AI Systems: Attempting to use AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or unlawful content is prohibited.
  • Self-Harm: We do not permit prompts or content that promote, depict, or encourage self-harm or suicide. Crisis prompts are automatically routed to safeguarding helplines.
  • Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these safeguarding standards.

5. Data Privacy and Storage

We prioritize your privacy by minimizing the data we collect:

  • Cloud Data: Only your email address, account profile, and subscription status are stored in our secure database for account management and billing.
  • Local-First Data: Personal voice recordings, personal reference photos, and private journal vault data are stored locally on your device.
  • AI Processing: When the Future Self Guide processes your reflections to provide feedback, data is processed ephemerally and is never used to train third-party AI models.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Service Provider: Web financial transactions are fulfilled through Stripe, and mobile in-app subscriptions are fulfilled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on behalf of DAS64 Design Limited.
  • Billing: By subscribing, you agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms and authorize recurring subscription charges after any applicable free trial period.
  • Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you subscribed (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe).

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The app design, audio soundscapes, IMPRINT Academy modules, AI logic, and branding are the property of DAS64 Design Limited (trading as Imprint My Future).
  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of your personal journal entries, voice recordings, and affirmations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Imprint My Future is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or that the AI suggestions will produce specific life results. In no event shall Imprint My Future be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the spirit of the community.
