Introduction: Why Imprint?
Imprint My Future is not just a to-do list; it is a neurological retraining tool. By combining visual goals, audial affirmations (in your own voice), and daily consistency, you are literally wiring your brain to recognize and achieve your "Future Self."
The Science
When you hear your own voice stating a truth (even a future one), your brain engages differently than when reading text. When you pair that with a visual image, you activate the creative subconscious. Imprint connects these dots to turn "wishes" into "expectations."
Part 1: Getting Started
1. Creating Your Account
Your journey begins with a secure, private account.


2. The Dashboard
This is your command center. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your current goals, your progress, and your daily tasks.

Part 2: Configuring Your Compass
Before you begin your journey, you must calibrate your compass. Navigate to the Profile tab to set up your identity.
1. Your Identity & Guide
- Your Name: Enter the name you want your AI Guide to call you.
- Forum Alias: Choose a unique username for the Community Forum (your real name remains private).
- Spirit Guide Name: Give your AI mentor a name (e.g., "Destiny," "Coach," "Athena"). This personalizes your interactions and strengthens the bond.
2. The Future Self Visualization
Verified photorealistic visualization of your future success (Growth & Visionary plans).
- Upload or Capture: Upload a clear photo of your face or take a selfie.
- Time Travel: Use the slider to add +5 to +50 years.
- The Intention: Type "I am ready to visualize my future success" to unlock.
- Generate & Save: Create your Future Self and save it to use across the app.
Part 3: Goal Setting (The Imprint)
The core activity is creating a "Goal" — an Imprint of your future.
The Creation Flow


Be specific. (e.g. "Run a 5k in under 25 minutes")
Upload an image that represents the feeling of achieving this goal.

Your created goals appear as cards:

Record yourself stating the goal in the present tense. ("I am confident...")
Part 4: The Affirmation Chamber
Daily Practice
Navigate to the Affirmation Chamber.


Benefit: Visual reinforcement + Your voice + Deep breathing = Subconscious reprogramming.
Part 5: Journaling
Document your journey to recognize patterns.
- Morning Mode: Set intention.
- Evening Mode: Reflect on wins.
- Weekly Review: AI summary of your week.
- Discuss with Guide: Get AI advice on an entry.
